Business and Privacy Policies:

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
Fish shipments are scheduled, as to allow for quick pick-up on delivery.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnight
Air Overnight (required for fish orders)

UPS Ground is the default shipping method on all items, except for fish orders (see below).

Less than $10.00----$8.95

$10.00 to $49.99----$6.95

$50.00 to $99.99----$4.95

$100.00 or more----Free Shipping & Handling

You will be contacted after all Fish order placements with the total amount before shipment. An arrival time will be given to allow for immediate pick-up. Fish are shipped by Air-Over-Night only.

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will make it right. We want your experience with us to be an enjoyable one.

We quarantee healthy and live delivery on all plants and fish.

Privacy Policy:

At no time will any personal information provided by you to Little River Water Gardens be shared or provided to any third party. We do not sell customer email addresses or info of any kind. The only exception would be for legal reasons; an order from the court system to disclose said information.

We have a zero spamming policy and provide information: such as tips and updates to subscribers and upon request only.
